說真的，當拿到艾黛兒Adele的時候，第一個聽到的就是專輯的開頭曲「DayDreamer」，當下對於這首歌沒有很深的感觸，直到多次聆聽這張專輯的時候，才發現了這首歌平凡的感動在；聽了一年多了，現在在公車上偶爾還會點播著這首歌，沒有花俏的修飾樂器，沒有強勁重力的節拍，這樣來說…這首歌應該是平淡無奇才對，但細細品味著Adele 所描述出的情境，也許貼著你我生活，雖然沒有艱難的字彙，筆下卻是精闢的寫出無奈的意境，就像是看著一個自己心儀的人，但他的腦海裡卻是想著另一個人，也許是有點嘲諷的意味，才會把他戲稱為「DayDreamer」一個不切實際空愛幻想的人，理性兼具感性的歌詞意境，畫面彷彿從深刻的感情中跳脫出現實生活，生動的描繪著愛上他的理由，或許愛不到的人總是充滿著幻想的，就像摘不到的那顆星永遠是最亮的，每個人心中都會有位「DayDreamer」…
